Kenneth Kang

Founder & CEO

Kenneth Kang, founder and director of the company graduated as a top ACCA affiliate and have a wide range of experience working in the auditing, consultancy and banking sector. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and a Member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).

He started his career in auditing with one of the Big 4 accounting firms and moved to the firm’s consultancy department where he was involved in Corporate Restructuring work. He was involved in a high-profile debt-restructuring work with debt amounting to more than S$150m. With deep industry knowledge, disciplined cashflow and strong financial modelling methods, he successfully assisted the company to restructure its debt – a company which continues to be a successful business today.

He moved on to Standard Chartered Bank thereafter in the Commercial Banking specialization and assisted various SME clients to secure banking facilities which helped them grow their business even further.

During his tenure with Standard Chartered Bank, Kenneth realized that most successful SMEs had strong business models but are facing challenges in the areas of Financial/Human Resources Capital and proper company infrastructure to support growth and sustain shareholder value. SMEs owners' desire to understand the potential of their investments by appreciating what were the business value drivers. This often leaves SMEs owners’ with many questions when they are presented with business situations or new business opportunities.

With his strong accounting, advisory and finance background, Kenneth has worked with many SMEs leaders to address their business challenges which comprised establishing value enhancing business systems, improving companies’ financial/management reporting functions and establishing a robust financing structure. The ultimate goal is to deliver long-term sustainable shareholder value.
